On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 9th International Conference on Energy Storage and Intelligent Vehicles (ICEIV 2026), which will be held in the vibrant city of Macau, China, from July 28 to 31, 2026. As the global pursuit of cleaner, more efficient, and smarter transportation intensifies, the low-carbon transformation, electrification, and digitalization of vehicles have emerged as pivotal trends. ICEIV 2026 serves as a premier international platform to explore these advancements, focusing on the integration and control of power systems, cutting-edge battery technologies, and the latest innovations in energy storage that are vital for a greener future.

  Energy storage plays a crucial role in achieving carbon neutrality, and its innovative application is essential for accelerating the deployment of renewable energy. Decarbonizing the transport sector is equally critical to meeting global climate goals and ensuring sustainable societal evolution. Since its inception in 2017, ICEIV has established itself as a high-impact forum, providing an excellent environment for scientists, researchers, engineers, and government officials to present their latest findings and discuss key technological trends. Building on the success of our previous editions in Stockholm, Melbourne, Stavanger, Nanjing, Beijing, London, Rome, and Singapore, we are proud to see our community grow, with annual participation now exceeding 200 experts from around the world.

We maintain a steadfast commitment to academic excellence, ensuring that all submitted papers undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Accepted papers must be presented orally during the conference to facilitate dynamic intellectual exchange. This year, outstanding papers will be recommended for further consideration in prestigious journals, including Green Energy and Intelligent Transportation (SCIE, IF=16.4), and selected high-quality works will be invited for extension to SCI Special Issues. Furthermore, all qualified papers will be included in the ICEIV 2026 Conference Proceedings and indexed by the EI Compendex database.
